PROGRAMME

La mission vise à réaliser une étude programmatique sur la commune de Frouzins en vue de candidater au dispositif bourg-centre de la Région Occitanie.

Cette étude a donc pour but d’identifier les enjeux et fixer des objectifs à atteindre se traduisant par la mise en place d’un plan guide à l’échelle du territoire de Frouzins.

Notre démarche de projet s’attachera à prendre en compte les orientations stratégiques de la commune tout en apportant une vision à moyen et long terme.

 

Cette mission s’organisera en trois étapes :

  • Etape 1 : Synthèse du diagnostic et identification des enjeux
  • Etape 2 : Définition d’une stratégie programmatique et d’un plan guide
  • Etape 3 : Elaboration d’un programme opérationnel pluriannuel d’actions – En option
