PROGRAMME

  • Son architecture est dessinée par la place ronde des micocouliers existante. 
  • Chaque logement a été conçu comme une maison individuelle du type RDC ou RDC + 1 étage, en bande avec accès indépendant depuis la rue de l’étage, cour terrasse d’entrée, et terrasse en partie Sud Sud/Est pour tous les logements.
  • Toute la vie de l’immeuble est orientée Sud (coté place des micocouliers) afin de répondre aux enjeux énergétiques de bons sens, de protéger la vie des riverains, de gérer la cohabitation logements/crèche.
  • Il répond à la fois aux enjeux de mixité intergénérationnelle et de mixité d’usage (RDC crèche et CMS)
